XXI Chilean Congress of Food Science and Technology SOCHITAL 2017

The Congress had a distinctive element to integrate the research of areas of Science and Food Technology with those inherent in the Human Nutrition aiming to positively impact the health and well-being of People.

SOCHITAL organised an attractive scientific program that included plenary and parallel sessions by leading national and international researchers, a workshop focused on Food, Nutrition and Health, and a symposium on food safety and quality organised jointly with the Latin American and Caribbean Association in Science and Technology in Food (ALACCTA).

Prof. Tim Foster (Director) from the Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Food presented during this event.
